Chef O'Neil Gordon - RSE, CCC
With more than 20 Years of experience and education O’Neil Gordon has what it takes to be of service to you. O’Neil Gordon has graduated from the “Premier Culinary College in the Caribbean” H.E.A.R.T College of Hospitality Services in Jamaica with a degree in Commercial Food Preparation and is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America as a Certified chef. He is also a Certified Red Seal Chef which is the coveted prestigious title that professional chefs strive to have in Canada. O’Neil has been an apprentice in French and International kitchens under renowned Chefs. O’Neil has lead kitchen brigade in a conference center and private catering companies cooking for ones to tens of thousands of patrons. O’Neil Gordon has travelled the world working as a chef for Royal Caribbean Cruise line and has earned extensive knowledge of food and beverage product development, hotel management, restaurant management, kitchen set up, menu planning, equipment management etc.
O’Neil has worked with various organizations as a Chef and consultant in Canada, Jamaica, Cayman U.S.A and the UK.
